GROUP BOOKING REQUEST FORM

For groups of 12 or more adults, we offer a selection of group dining options designed to make your visit to Blaxland Inn easy and enjoyable.

Lunch & Dinner Group Menu

Our standard group menu is available at:

• $70 per person – Two Courses
• $85 per person – Three Courses

Both options include breads to start and a complimentary glass of bubbles or a schooner of tap beer on arrival.

Please see the current group menu below. Please note menus are subject to change based on seasonal produce availability. If any guests have allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will happily advise suitable options.

Feast Menu

We also offer our Feast Menu at $60 per person, which is a share-style dining experience designed by our chefs for the table to enjoy together. This option also includes a glass of bubbles or schooner of tap beer on arrival. Please see the menu below.

Group Breakfast

For morning gatherings, we also offer a Group Breakfast Menu for $35 per person.
This includes a glass of Peterson House sparkling wine on arrival, followed by your choice of a dish from our set breakfast menu.

Booking Duration

Group bookings are typically allocated 2 hours, however this may be extended depending on the time of your reservation and whether the space is required for another booking.

Cakeage

If you would like to bring a cake for your celebration, our cakeage options are:

• $5 per person – We provide plates, cutlery and everything needed for you to cut and serve your cake.
• $8 per person – Our chefs will cut and plate the cake for you, served with berry coulis and cream.

Please let us know if you will be bringing a cake so we can add this to your booking notes.

Securing Your Booking

To secure your reservation, we require a credit card pre-authorisation. This means that if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation or if there is a no-show, a fee of $20 per person will be charged.

You can provide these details via a secure link once the reservation is made, or we can take the details over the phone. Please note this is not a deposit, and no funds will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
• If fewer guests attend on the day, we will charge the minimum two-course price per absent guest.
• If the group does not attend and no notice is given, the full pre-authorisation amount will be charged.
